Step by step towards your career goal
The coaching is divided into three phases. Each phase builds on the previous results and is tailored to your personal situation.
Goal setting and motivation
We begin by defining your goals together and identifying what motivates you. You gain direction and develop a clear perspective for your future career.
Analysis and implementation
Together, we analyse your current situation and compare it with your desired goal. We then determine the concrete steps required and actively implement the next stages using methods tailored to you.
Reflection and further development
At the end, we review which goals you have achieved. We reflect on the process so far and adapt your next steps where necessary. This creates a foundation for sustainable professional development.

Participation and funding
The course is an activation and employment integration programme under Section 45 (1), sentence 1, no. 1 of Book III of the German Social Code (SGB III).
To enrol, you need an activation and placement voucher, available from your local Jobcenter or the Federal Employment Agency.
