Applicants from outside Germany can also receive support with the German application process. Advice is tailored to your experience, goals and personal circumstances.

Flexible and available wherever you are
Online advice can be integrated flexibly into your everyday life and used wherever you live. Together, we arrange a suitable appointment and tailor the consultation to your personal situation, goals and specific support needs.
The conversation takes place directly in your browser. Once the appointment has been arranged, you receive the access link by email. This gives us time to discuss your questions and plan the next steps together.
For the consultation, you need:
- a stable internet connection
- a microphone and speakers, ideally a headset
- a webcam if possible
- an up-to-date browser
If an online consultation is not technically possible, a telephone appointment can be arranged in advance.

Yes. Applicants outside Germany can also use Jobdesigner. The consultation can cover the requirements of the German application process, among other topics.
Can you prepare my application documents?
Jobdesigner provides advice on your applications. Complete preparation or revision of your CV, cover letter and application portfolio is available through our separate application service.
What do I need for the online consultation?
You need a stable internet connection, microphone and speakers. A webcam is helpful but not essential.
Is a telephone consultation also possible?
If an online conversation is not technically possible, a telephone consultation can be arranged in advance.
