Lector GmbH was founded in 2001 by both chief executors, Anne Kaufmann and Daniel Robert Erbe, with the idea of combining the personal expertise, experiences and priorities of business managers in a complementary way and to establish a company that treads new paths.

Mrs. Kaufmann is a graduated social worker with many years of experience in the fields of advance training, vocational qualifications, personal coaching and placing jobseekers.

Daniel Robert Erbe is a certified and sworn interpreter and translator for Polish and his substantial experience and extensive specialist expertise in foreign languages covers all services related to languages, as for example translations & interpreting as well as language courses.
